What is your title and department?

Senior Product Manager on the Product Team.

What is your professional background before ProMax?

I’ve worked in automotive software since 2016. Before that I worked on the retail side of the car business in a Lexus dealership for 3 years. 

Describe what you do at ProMax and how it impacts our clients.

It’s my job to design and manage the updates made to our software. This is a collaborative effort that wouldn’t be possible without the critical input from Operations, Sales, Development, and all the other employees I get to work with on a regular basis.

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

The most rewarding part of my job at ProMax is getting to see my features and enhancements make it to production, and then make a difference in our other employees' and users’ quality of life while using our system.

What do you love most about ProMax?

The thing that’s struck me about ProMax compared to other companies is the since of family and togetherness that’s shared amongst our teams. Everyone is in it together!

What are 3 words you’d use to describe working at ProMax?

Fun, interesting, and challenging. 

Where are you from?

Born and raised in a suburb of Kansas City.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

I have a 1-month-old baby, so other than work, my wife, Karlie, and I hang out with him. Outside of baby, we love to go camping and hiking. 

What sports/teams do you follow?

The Kansas City Chiefs!

If you could learn anything new, what would it be?

I would learn how to speak another language. 

Tell us something about yourself that would surprise us. 

My wife and I flip and renovate houses outside of work.
