How long have you been with ProMax?
It's been 15 years.
Describe what you do at ProMax and how it impacts our clients.
I am a senior trainer here and I answer questions about the system, consult dealers on how to maximize the system to increase profit (online or in the dealership), save dealers that are possibly looking at other softwares, train new trainers, and I have also been involved in helping creating our new platforms.
What is the most rewarding part of your job?
When what I am teaching someone finally sticks and they just seem to get it. that usually leads to them wanting to know more.
What are 3 words you’d use to describe working at ProMax?
Fun, busy, and rewarding
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
My two kids keep me pretty busy, but I like golfing, offroading in the jeep I built, camping, and working out in my home gym.
What movies do you like?
I enjoy the Marvel movies but I watch DC too. Action movies, Tarantino movies, and comedies are my favorites though.
What TV shows do you watch?
I’m kind of all over the place with this. I’m watching Winning Time the series about the Lakers. I also am waiting to finish Ozark. I love Curb Your Enthusiasm, Game of Thrones, Yellowstone, and 1883.
If you could learn to do anything new, what would it be?
Probably play an instrument.
What sports/teams do you follow?
I’m a Cubs, Bears, Notre Dame, USA Eagles (Rugby) fan.
Who would play you in a movie about your life, and what would the title of the movie be?
Probably Kevin James and the title might be “Smart Enough to Act Stupid”
At what age did you become an adult, and how did you know it happened?
Probably when I adopted my kids in 2020. Life was completely different after that.

Funny, reliable, personable
What would you most like to tell yourself at age 13?
Dude, you don’t have to wear sweatpants every day to school!
Tell us something about yourself that would surprise us.
I’m a pretty open book. I did have a full ride college football scholarship I didn’t take, though.
What is your favorite line from a movie?
"That rug really tied the room together, did it not?"
What does true leadership mean to you?
Someone that can not only lead and teach but who is not afraid to get in and get dirty themselves if they need to. Leading by example
What inspires you the most?
My kids.
What are you looking forward to most this year?
Summertime, and cruising with the top off on the jeep and spending time outdoors.
