How long have you been with ProMax?
Just shy of two years.
What is your title and department?
I am a Software Developer, more specifically a React Developer.
Describe what you do at ProMax and how it impacts our clients.
I work on writing the code that most Stack users are going to interact with on a day to day basis, and working with all of IT to continuously improve the Stack platform as much as possible.
What is the most rewarding part of your job?
Seeing the direct impact that the IT team and I make on the application everyday, and being able to be a part of the process of improving Stack.
What do you love most about ProMax?
The people here are incredible. Everybody here is very nice and willing to help you out with anything you need at any time.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Spending time with friends and family.
What movies do you like?
I only really watch comedy movies and cheesy Sword and Sorcery movies from the 70s/80s/90s.
What sports/teams do you follow?
I love watching the Minnesota Wild lose in the first round of the playoffs every year.
If you could learn anything new, what would it be?
I’ve always wanted to learn how to build a house from scratch.
What does true leadership mean to you?
The willingness to listen to those around you and to lift your team up to their fullest potential.
Who would play you in a movie about your life, and what would the title of the movie be?
Hard to choose. Either Gary Busey or Danny DeVito in ‘A Man Who Was Alive At One Point’.
What advice would you give your younger self if you could?
Quit worrying so much. Money comes and money goes, so just spend as much time with your friends and family as you can.

I’m technically an ordained minister.
