How long have you been with ProMax?

It's been about a year.

Where are you from?

I was born in Omaha, Nebraska and grew up in New Orleans. I moved to Kansas C after high school.

Describe what you do at ProMax and how it impacts our clients.

As a Product Consultant I demo our new platform for future and current customers. My biggest impact is being a part of the sales process adding more customers to the business.

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

Expressing my passion for Stack & Xperience and expressing my passion for the ProMax team. I love speaking about what has been accomplished over the last 25 years here at ProMax, that I am fortunate to be a part of now.

What are 3 words you’d use to describe working at ProMax?

Exciting, Evolving, and Focused.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

What do you mean "outside of work"?

What TV shows do you watch?

I just started streaming Yellowstone.

What sports/teams do you follow?

The Kansas City Chiefs, Sporting KC (men's soccer), and the Kansas City Current (women's soccer).

What 3 traits define you?

Dependability, Compassion, and Gratitude.

What would you most like to tell yourself at age 13?

Invest in Apple and Microsoft.

What is your favorite color?

Blue.

What does true leadership mean to you?

Leaders are coaches and always focused on hiring and coaching people to replace them so they can continue to grow and move forward.

What inspires you the most?

Building trusted relationships professionally and personally.

What are you looking forward to most this year?  

I’m looking forward to seeing everyone grow as the business grows this year.
